In 2005 I weighed 255 lbs. I had no regular exercise in my life. I was lathargic and lazy. I ate the quickest easiest foods to make in my home and purchased the same way at the market. I had a real wake up call when a friend of mine died. I realized that I should get healthy or die. But how? I had to do two things. 1) Change my eating habits and 2) increase my metabolic burn rate. This is the story of how I went from 255 lbs. to a healthy 180 lbs. as of August of 2008
